Radio Broadcasting Services; Grand Isle and Empire, LA - Channel Reassignments

The FCC has approved a proposal by KBIL, LLC to reassign Channel 283C2 to Empire, Louisiana, as the community's first local aural transmission service, and modify the authorization for Station KBIL, following a request filed on behalf of the company. This decision builds on a previous rule, 64 FR 213, published on November 4, 1999.
