Federal Aviation Administration and Small Aircraft Manufacturers Association Seek Comments on Proposed Rulemaking for Flight Information Services
The Federal Aviation Administration and the Small Aircraft Manufacturers Association have filed Petitions for Rulemaking to use the 136-137 MHz frequency band for Flight Information Services. The Federal Communications Commission is seeking comment on proposals to modify the rules in response to these petitions.
