FCC to Hold En Banc Hearing on AOL and Time Warner Transfer of Control

The Federal Communications Commission will hold a hearing to discuss the joint applications of America Online, Inc. and Time Warner, Inc. for Commission approval of the transfer of control of licenses and authorizations to AOL Time Warner, a new entity, with participation from AOL, Time Warner, consumer representatives, and industry experts.
