FCC Decides to Reassess Regulatory Treatment of Fixed Wireless Services

The Federal Communications Commission has determined that it will evaluate each fixed wireless service on a case-by-case basis due to the rapidly evolving nature of these services, and has also clarified that they are exempt from certain requirements for incidental communications services.
