FCC Reallocates Channel 282A from Stamps to Fouke, Arkansas

The FCC has reallotted Channel 282A from Stamps, Arkansas to Fouke, Arkansas, in response to a request from In Phase Broadcasting, Inc., the permittee of Station KLMZ. This change modifies the authorization for Station KLMZ, as per the Commission's Rules, Section 1.420(i).
