FCC Streamlines Public File and Notice Requirements for Cable Television Operators

The Federal Communications Commission has revised its rules to reduce the regulatory burden on cable operators by simplifying public file and notice requirements, and introducing an interim rule to expand the definition of small cable systems for public inspection, with a limited exemption for operators with 1000-4999 subscribers.
