Ex Parte Presentations in Commission Proceedings; Correction
On December 9, 1999 (64 FR 68946), the Commission revised the rules governing ex parte presentations in Commission proceedings. Inadvertently, a note to Sec. 1.1202(d)(1) was omitted. This document corrects this rule.
