The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a proposal by KQQK License, Inc. to reallot Channel 293C from Galveston to Missouri City, Texas, and modify the license to specify Missouri City as the community of license. The proposal was originally made in 1999, but was superseded by a 2000 report that reallotted the channel to Missouri City, rendering the proposal moot.
