FCC Issues Final Rules on Foreign Participation in U.S. Telecommunications Market

The Federal Communications Commission has released final rules addressing issues raised in petitions regarding foreign participation in the U.S. telecommunications market, including prior notifications of foreign affiliations and interlocking directorates, and has submitted the rules for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
