FCC Seeks Comments on Requiring Internet Posting of Children's TV Programming Reports

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a proposal to require commercial television stations to post their quarterly Children's Television Programming Reports (FCC Form 398) on their internet websites, in an effort to increase transparency and compliance with the Children's Television Act of 1990.
