FCC Denies Petitions to Alter PCS Competitive Bidding Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied various petitions to modify its competitive bidding rules for the C and F block of the Commercial Mobile Radio Service Spectrum Cap, restoring provisions that were inadvertently removed in a previous order, in line with the goals of the Communications Act of 1934.
