The FCC has allocated Channel 286A to Sister Bay, Wisconsin, in response to a petition by Michael J. Mesic, and has swapped Channel 284C for Channel 284C1 at Escanaba, Michigan, in response to a counterproposal by KMB Broadcasting, Inc.
