FCC Issues Order to Show Cause for Potential License Changes

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued an Order to Show Cause to Halstead Communications, the licensee of Station KPNY, and Imperial Media Association, the permittee of a new station, regarding potential changes to their licenses. The FCC is responding to a counterproposal from The Meadowlark Group, the permittee of Station KAVD, which seeks to reallocate Channel 276C to Parker, CO, and modify Station KAVD's permit accordingly.
