FCC Approves Mooreland, OK, for First Local Aural Service on Channel 283C1

The FCC has approved FM 92 Broadcasters, Inc.'s request to allot Channel 283C1 to Mooreland, OK, as the community's first local aural service. The decision denies Ralph Tyler's request to reallot Channel 259C3 to Tuttle, OK, and modifies the license of Station KTSH accordingly.
