Food and Drug Administration/Industry Exchange Workshop on Scale- Up and Postapproval Changes (SUPAC), Supplements, and Other Postapproval Changes; Public Workshop

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of the Commissioner, Office of Regulatory Affairs, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, and the Central Region Small Business Office, and the Northeast Region Small Business Office, in cooperation with the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) is announcing the following workshops: FDA/Industry Exchange Workshops on Scale-Up and Postapproval Changes (SUPAC), Supplements, and Other Postapproval Changes. The workshops are intended to review the scientific, regulatory, and quality basis of SUPAC; discuss current issues; and provide attendees with information on the impact of the SUPAC guidances that have been finalized, as well as future agency efforts in this area. Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.

The purpose of this data collection is to enable 42 CFR part 84 respirator approval certification activities.
