FDA Announces Approval of Blood Establishment Registration Form

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced that it has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection, titled Blood Establishment Registration and Product Listing--Form FDA 2830, under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
