FDA Announces Submission of Information Collection for OMB Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is notifying the public that it has submitted a request for review and clearance from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regarding the proposed collection of information, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
