FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Food Code Information

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on its plan to collect information from local, state, and tribal governments regarding their adoption of the FDA Food Code, a set of guidelines for food safety regulations, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
