FDA Announces Approval of OMB for Information Collection on New Drug Applications

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that a collection of information entitled 'Application to Market a New Drug, Biologic, or an Antibiotic Drug for Human Use' has been approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, allowing the FDA to submit an application to market a new drug, biologic, or antibiotic for human use.
