FDA Extends Effective Date for Over-the-Counter Sunscreen Monograph, Reopens Administrative Record

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has extended the effective date for its final monograph on over-the-counter (OTC) sunscreen drug products to December 31, 2002, and is reopening the administrative record to allow for public comment on the monograph's formulation, labeling, and testing requirements.
