Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; Administrative Detention and Banned Medical Devices; Correction

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that the proposed collection of information listed below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This document also corrects several errors that appeared in Table 1 of a notice published in the Federal Register of March 31, 2000 (65 FR 17282).

This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
