FDA Confirms Effective Date for Environmental Impact Rule

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has confirmed that its regulations on environmental impact considerations, which were finalized on August 24, 2000, will take effect on that date, following a direct final rule published in the Federal Register on May 11, 2000.
