FDA Announces Availability of Comments on Dietary Supplements Petitions

The FDA is seeking public comment on three petitions submitted by Hyman Phelps & McNamara, the American Herbal Products Association, and the Council for Responsible Nutrition and the Consumer Healthcare Products Association, which request changes to the way dietary supplements can make claims about their effects on the body.
