FDA Announces OMB Approval for Electronic Product Reporting Requirements

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced that it has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection, which will require manufacturers and distributors of electronic products to report and record their activities, and will also make sample electronic products available for testing and validation purposes.
