FDA Grants Exemption for Barium Enema Catheters and Tips

The FDA is publishing an order granting a petition to exempt barium enema retention catheters and tips with or without a bag from premarket notification requirements, with certain limitations, in accordance with the Food and Drug Administration Modernization Act of 1997.
