Utah NRCS Rescinds Environmental Impact Statement for Pleasant Creek Watershed Plan

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Utah State Office, in collaboration with Mt. Pleasant City, Pleasant Creek Irrigation Company, and Twin Creek Irrigation Company, has withdrawn its intention to conduct an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Pleasant Creek Supplemental Watershed Plan in Sanpete County, Utah.
