U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Freedom Support Act Fellowship Program

The U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting proposals from eligible organizations to administer the Freedom Support Act Contemporary Issues Fellowship Program for the 2001-2002 academic year, supporting research and professional development of government officials and NGO leaders from newly independent states.
