Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Tibet Professional and Cultural Exchange Project

The U.S. government is inviting eligible non-profit organizations to submit proposals for the Tibet Professional and Cultural Exchange Project, which aims to foster people-to-people diplomacy between the U.S. and the Tibetan community through educational and cultural exchanges.
