U.S. Department of State Announces Open Competition for Public Administration Curriculum Development Project with New Bulgarian University

The U.S. Department of State's Office of Global Educational Programs is seeking proposals from accredited educational institutions to support the development of a public administration curriculum at the New Bulgarian University in Bulgaria, with the goal of improving instruction and outreach in the field.
