Notice of Information Collection Under Emergency Review for Refugee Biographic Data

The U.S. Department of State is seeking emergency review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the reinstatement of its Refugee Biographic Data collection, which affects approximately 80,000 refugees abroad. The proposed collection, which requires an estimated 40,000 hours of response time, must be submitted by April 21, 2001, for a 180-day validity period.
