Department of State Requests Emergency Approval for Passport Information Collection

The Department of State has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for emergency review and approval of a new information collection, Form DS-3053, which pertains to the issuance of passports to minors under 14, with an estimated 1,595,790 respondents expected to provide comments.
