Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Future Leaders Exchange Civic Education Workshops

The Office of Citizen Exchanges, part of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, is soliciting proposals for a grant to develop and conduct one-week Civic Education workshops in Washington, DC, for the Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) program, focusing on democratic principles and civic engagement, targeting high school students from the former Soviet Union, for spring 2002 and spring 2003.
