Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Israeli-Arab Scholarship Program

The U.S. government is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide administrative and program support services for the Israeli-Arab Scholarship Program, a joint initiative aimed at promoting people-to-people diplomacy and cultural exchange between Israelis and Arabs.
