Bureau of Nonproliferation Imposes Nonproliferation Measures on Chinese Entity

The Bureau of Nonproliferation has made a determination that a Chinese entity has engaged in activities requiring the imposition of measures under Section 3 of the Iran Nonproliferation Act of 2000, resulting in a ban on U.S. government procurement.
