Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Grant Proposals for Language and Cultural Enhancement Program for Former Soviet Union Students

The Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting proposals for a four-week English Language and Cultural Enhancement program for 50 students from the New Independent States of the former Soviet Union, selected for the Freedom Support Act's Future Leaders Exchange program, with a focus on students from isolated regions and those with physical disabilities.
