U.S. Department of State Announces Open Competition for NIS College and University Partnerships Program

The U.S. Department of State's Office of Global Educational Programs is seeking grant proposals from accredited educational institutions to support partnerships with foreign counterparts in promoting democratic systems and mutual understanding between the U.S. and New Independent States.
