U.S. Department of State Requests Approval for Passport Amendment/Validation Application Information Collection

The Department of State has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for approval to reinstate and modify a previously approved passport information collection, which is set to expire. Comments must be submitted within 30 days to the OMB.
