Wells Fargo Seeks Exemptions from Labor and IRS Rules

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. has submitted proposed exemptions to the Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service, seeking relief from certain restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
