FTC to Host Roundtable on Dispute Resolution for Online Business-to-Consumer Contracts

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will convene a roundtable discussion to gather recommendations on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for online consumer disputes and review a proposed provision on special jurisdiction rules for international consumer contracts, being negotiated by the Hague Conference on Private International Law.
