Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
The FTC has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) information collection requests contained in its study investigating how generic drug competition has developed in light of certain provisions in the Hatch-Waxman Act (the Act) that govern entry of generic drug products. The FTC proposes to seek information from members of the pharmaceutical industry. To do this, the FTC first seeks OMB clearance and additional public comment regarding this notice, which is the second of two notices required by the PRA for information collection requests.
