FTC Seeks Public Comments on Extension of Telemarketing Sales Rule Information Collection
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting public comments on its proposal to extend the current Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance for its Telemarketing Sales Rule until August 31, 2004, replacing the original expiration date of August 31, 2001.
