Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Proposes Changes to Thrift Savings Plan Records System

The Executive Director of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board is proposing to expand the FRTIB-1 system of records to include records for spouses, former spouses, and beneficiaries of Thrift Savings Plan participants, and to clarify the definition of a 'participant' to include former participants.
