TTB Delegates Director's Authority to Streamline Distilled Spirits Regulations

The Treasury Department's Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has delegated certain authority to the Director, allowing for more efficient implementation of regulations related to distilled spirits, including nonindustrial use and bulk sales, under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act.
