Federal Oil and Gas Royalty-In-Kind Pilot Programs: Extended Public Comment Period

The Minerals Management Service is extending the public comment period on a Notice of Intent related to royalty-in-kind projects, allowing industry stakeholders more time to submit comments, from September 13 to September 27, following an initial publication in the Federal Register on July 13, 1999.
