NASA Grants and Cooperative Agreements

This proposed rule revises NASA's grant and cooperative agreement regulations in order to clarify and amplify administrative requirements. Revisions have been made to reduce administrative requirements on grant and cooperative agreement recipients and ensure that uniform policies are followed by NASA centers.
