OPM Publishes Notice of Computer Matching Program with Department of Labor to Prevent Erroneous Payments

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is publishing a notice of its computer matching program with the Department of Labor's Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) to identify and prevent individuals from receiving prohibited benefits under the Civil Service Retirement Act (CSRA), Federal Employees' Retirement System Act (FERSA), and Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA). The match will involve the OPM CENTRAL-1 system of records and the DOL/GOVT-1 system of records, as published in the Federal Register.
