US Regulator Extends Labeling Requirements for Hazardous Materials

The US Regulatory Safety Partnership Agency (RSPA) has granted a limited exception until October 1, 2001, to exempt certain hazardous materials from labeling requirements for transportation in international commerce, primarily to prevent delays in shipments to and from Canada.
