RailAmerica, Inc. has filed a control exemption request with the Surface Transportation Board (STB) to operate the Florida Rail Lines, Inc. and Toledo, Peoria and Western Railroad Corporation. The request is related to the proposed acquisition of Marksman Corporation and Toledo, Peoria & Western Railway Corporation by RailAmerica, Inc.
