National Park Service and State Agencies Release Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Lower St. Croix National Scenic Riverway

The National Park Service, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources have made available a Draft Cooperative Management Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Lower St. Croix National Scenic Riverway, inviting public comments and open houses to discuss the proposed management plan and its environmental impacts.
