EPA Approves Arizona State Plan for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the Arizona State Plan for implementing emissions guidelines for existing municipal solid waste landfills, submitted by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to comply with the Federal Clean Air Act.
